Ebooks-If your ebook will not open, let us know. We will gladly refund your purchase if we can not help you get it open.

CD-If you receive a defective disk, we will gladly send you another one of the same title for no charge. If you want to return a CD, mail it back to us in like new condition and we will refund your purchase price (minus what we spent to mail it to you.)

Printed-If you are not satisfied, mail your purchase back to us and we will refund your purchase price (minus what we spent to mail it to you.)

Returns and exchanges must be within 10 days of receiving item.

We provide sample pages of most of our items. We recommend looking at the samples before you purchase.
